BOOKINGS<\/h5>\n

A deposit is required at the moment of booking and confirmation will be given via email.
Cancellations<\/strong> must be in Writing<\/strong> . A penalty will be applied should booking be cancelled at:
* 20% if more<\/strong> than 15 days prior to arrival
* 50% if less<\/strong> than 15 days prior to arrival
A security\/guarantee of \u20ac 2.000 is to be paid on arrival which will be refunded at the end of the period.<\/p>\n

We ask you to inform us at least 24 hours prior to arrival of your arrival time.
