Outdoor
Grace Villa is immersed in a 10.000 sq. mt. park surrounded by a high wall closure of river pebbles. Entering the main gate, one follows an avenue trimmed with big Magnolia trees, which leads you to the entrance of the mansion.
English lawns and suggestive corners with flower-beds and ornamental plants, light-effects and reflexes of turquoise water on the high stone walls, enrich the complete scenery on which the horizontal spaces inside the residence are suspended like the bridges of a ship.
In the shade of the large conifers one can find secluded places where you can sit quietly to read or to have a chat surrounded by sounds and smells of Nature.
The pool, completely surrounded by the greens and the house, is the main attraction of open-air activities. After lazily sunbathing on a bed around the pool and a refreshing dip, it is possible to rest yourself on the large patio, perfect for lunches or dinners, enjoying the breeze that gently lingers through.
A small playground for the children in the shade of the fir trees will be to the young ones’ joy.
Indoor – Day Area
This property of unique and absolute prestige is built on 3 levels facing a large central emptiness where one sees the clear mark of Wrightian on the stairs and fireplace.
GROUND FLOOR

The impressive main lounge is an element of unity among all the rooms of the Day Area; dining-room, billiard-room, library, TV room and fitness area.

Works of art, furniture and furnishings of high antique-dealing join together a taste of elegance with modern elements and design, chosen in time by the owners’ of the house.

LOWER FLOOR
Particularly picturesque with its light-effects and reflexes, the lounge below the level of the pool with the water lapping against the wooden fixtures of the large glass doors and the stone walls that are enriched in bass-relief sculptured by great artists who during the past have been to Grace Villa.
The top floor: the night area
The night area which is found on the first floor of the villa can be reached by two different ways, by climbing the 2 large staircases – one in marble, the other in steel and wood – that hang over the large central emptiness.
The other rooms below, face a large gallery, covered in esteemed wood trait-d’union, which lies between two long wide corridors, the bedrooms and the bathrooms.
The five bedrooms, land and recently renovated, fitted with air-conditioning, though each one different, are united by one strong point: elegance and detail in care and attention.
Modern and refined, the bedrooms, each in a different style, use furniture and finishing touches created by great international designers without giving in to comfort and functionality.
The bathrooms available to the bedrooms are spacious and bright with esteemed coverings ranging from pink marble from Portugal to Argentinian red granite to Italian mother-of-pearl ceramic, all of which are fitted with shower boxes and baths.
The lovers of well-being can spend intense moments of relaxation in the Finnish sauna which completes the night area.
