BOOKINGS

A deposit is required at the moment of booking and confirmation will be given via email.
Cancellations must be in Writing . A penalty will be applied should booking be cancelled at:
* 20% if more than 15 days prior to arrival
* 50% if less than 15 days prior to arrival
A security/guarantee of € 2.000 is to be paid on arrival which will be refunded at the end of the period.

CHECK-IN CHECK-OUT

We ask you to inform us at least 24 hours prior to arrival of your arrival time.
Check-in: 3 p.m. – 11 p.m
Check-out: by 11 a.m.

PAYMENT & DEPOSIT

A deposit of 50% must be made at the moment of booking.
The penalty for cancellation is:
20% for more than 15 days before arrival
50% for less than 15 days before arrival
Full payment must be made on arrival.
The security/guarantee which will be refunded at the end of the stay is € 2.000 payable on arrival at the villa.

VARIOUS

To register a valid ID card or passport is necessary.
Animals are accepted on request.
